Research and Development

Future-oriented, our approach aims to push the boundaries of quality and durability.

Parts Optimization

Since 1974, we have been offering equivalent products that surpass the OE (Original Equipment) standards of the automotive industry, thanks to our continuous improvement approach. Our consistency and determination allow us to refine our processes, thereby bringing to market superior-quality products at incredible prices.

Did you know that many original parts do not deliver the quality or durability promised by manufacturers? Our representatives are able to assess the real performance of these parts by maintaining close relationships with a vast network of customers.

These valuable relationships help us identify and understand consumer dissatisfaction using a robust database. We then leverage these insights to initiate the development cycle, resulting in the creation of highly-performing finished products.

Our Development Process

1

Based on the data collected, the R&D team targets the parts to be optimize.

2

We order the original part (or parts) in multiple copies.

3

The parts are then analyzed and modified to enhance their performance: stronger, more flexible, thicker, narrower, etc.

4

We inform the suppliers of the changes to be made. Once the parts are modified, samples are sent to us.

5

The received parts are then validated by our R&D department to ensure that the modifications have been correctly implemented according to our recommendations.

6

If the parts do not meet our specifications, the factory is notified and the process starts over from the beginning until our requirements are met.

7

Once we have the compliant parts in hand, we conduct tests on vehicles to confirm optimal installation. If this is not the case, the process starts over.

8

In addition to installation and compliance tests, we perform road tests to ensure that the final prototype meets the new performance criteria.

9

If the road tests are not conclusive, the process restarts until a perfect result is achieved.

10

Once all tests are validated, ensuring our full confidence in the final version, we initiate production. The product is then ready for market launch.

11

The final and crucial step involves conducting quality control during production directly at the factory.
